As a little girl, I would watch my dad draw and tattoo clients. I was fascinated by the process and would beg him to teach me. So I kept practicing. Over time, I realized that my favorite thing to draw was faces. Usually people/influencers who inspire me or people I know. I wanted to show their personalities and struggles that make them inspirational. I’ve also gotten to explore many different media over the years. I’ve used watercolor, colored pencils, graphite, pastels, acrylic, ink and even makeup on paper. Of these my favorites are colored pencil and makeup because of the layers and the ability to control them easily.
