Join experimental photographer, Rebecca Ustrell for an introductory course on the Cyanotype process.
The cyanotype is a slow-reacting, economical photographic printing formulation. It produces a monochrome, blue colored print, often used for art, and for reprography in the form of blueprints.
Participants will learn the history, chemistry and hands-on practical skills behind one of the oldest photography techniques still used today. At the end of the course, you’ll leave with your own Cyanotype prints and the skills to do this on your own.
All levels of experience are welcome. No prior knowledge is necessary. All materials provided.
