You must be a museum member at the Artist Level, or higher, to be eligible to sell in the museum store.

Prior to arriving at your 20 minute appointment, please print this 3 page document and fill out all 3 forms:

Artwork Criteria

2-Dimensional Work

  • Appropriate size: 5 small-medium works 5×7 – 16×20 in
  • Originality/Creativity: no copies or plagiarism
  • Craftsmanship: skilled use of medium
  • Ready to hang: framed work
  • Appropriate subject matter
  • Clean and in good condition: frame, interior and exterior of glass, sleeves, paper
  • Artwork ID tags: on each work, except notecards and donated items
  • Pricing $25-$100 per work: 1 work allowed over $100

3-Dimensional Work

  • Appropriate size & weight: 5 small-medium works, weighing 20 lbs. max.
  • Appropriate subject matter
  • Originality/Creativity: no copies or plagiarism
  • Craftsmanship: skilled use of medium
  • Pedestal or wall ready: stable, secure hanging device
  • Clean & free of chips/cracks/flaws in material
  • If functional, surface declared safe for food or drink by artist
  • Artwork ID tag: on each work, except notecards and donated items
  • Pricing $25-$100 per work: 1 work allowed over $100
